Exercise plan

An 6 Tagen in der Woche ist Aikido-Training.
Täglich – außer mittwochs – werden Übungsstunden angeboten. Vor den Zeiten ist ausreichend Gelegenheit zu meditieren.



Trial training

Invitation: Come - with comfortable, long-sleeved clothing - 15 to 20 minutes before an I-lesson. We practise barefoot.

Teachers

Dirk Kropp

Rosmarie Scheibler or Giuseppe Di Guardia lead the III lesson on Tuesdays. On Thursdays, Rosmarie Scheibler leads the II lesson, followed by Petra Reuffurth in the I lesson.

Opening hours

The dojo is open all year round, except on public holidays and on Weiberfastnacht, Rosenmontag, Easter Sunday, Whitsunday, 23 December, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Flexible exercise schedule

Each lesson is a self-contained unit, so you can organise your own personal exercise plan flexibly. I invite you to meditate for five to ten minutes before the exercise sessions.
